		<description>Erin, never having gone thru a pregnancy I may not be in the position to give advice, but I have spent many a night with back pain, so here goes. First of all, get a chair that fits under your legs when you lie on the floor, any will do. This is going to be a little tough at first, and I know it sounds hard, but give it a try darling, Melissa and Sara both used this method to get the back feeling better. Put your legs up on the chair and rest like that for 10-20 minutes. Proceed to lift your hips up just a bit, your legs are going to want to spread, but that is ok. Lift your hips as much as you can, then rest, rock from side to side and see if that provides any comfort. Also get on line and find some basic relaxation exercises and try them, I know,sounds too silly, but they can work, when you are all alone at night and want to sleep you tend to get anxious, and that will just make it worse, as you know. Meditation helped me, and sometimes i fell asleep while doing that, so take your pillow out to your area , maybe a blankie too. I Love you , you are almost there babe, hang in there! PS if none of these things work, call me, i am up alot at night, and i can call you back for free, so i will tell you stories till you get bored to sleep. Love P</description>
