Hello!
Just checking in to say hi. I actually have nothing to say today. Oh WAIT! (You knew you couldn’t get off that easily, right?)
So I’ve officially decided that we ARE going to do Music Together as kind of a pre-preschool prep. You should’ve seen my kid today. Dancing, learning, singing, clapping. I love the teacher. I was amazed with my kid. I think that Music Together will be a GREAT pre-cursor to music lessons when he’s older, but will also prepare him for a situation in which he’ll have to be left on his own in a big jumble ‘o kids. You know, like preschool. And school.
He smiled so much, was tentative at times but always willing, and I could just SEE the gears turning in his head. He paid attention the WHOLE TIME! He PARTICIPATED! He’s 11 months old, for crying out loud! Just goes to show, you get what you pay for. It’s amazing.

Except for pictures of my favorite instruments…that I can apparently BUY to play with at home. Sooooo tempted….
Maybe for Christmas. (Remember when we drove to the symphony to see some instruments? This is soooo much better!)

Erin, that is so impressive! I remember taking Zoey to story time at 11 months, hoping and praying she would love and adore it…only to be horrified when she literally climbed the bookshelves the entire time. This happened three times in a row and we didn’t return until a much, much calmer age. Camper is so advanced. ;-)
